Our Clothes Check Service includes a complimentary towel and access to a personal locker.
For safety reasons, a clothes check is required at certain events. Rest assured, your belongings are secure with us, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy the experience!
Important: Valid only for the duration of the event you are attending. After the event, please return the lock and towel to the front desk.
Check-In Procedure
- Please present your clothes check ticket at the front desk.
- Ensure you have a valid government-issued photo ID ready for verification and scanning by the attendant.
- To ensure guest safety, a clear bag policy is in effect.
- By using the clothes check service, you confirm your acceptance of the Casa Oliver Hotel & Resort Terms of Service.
- Complete the Resort Pass Registration Form online before your visit or fill out a paper copy at the front desk upon arrival.
