What is the Share & Earn Program
The Share & Earn Program allows individuals or businesses to earn a commission by promoting our products or services through a unique referral link.
How do I join the Affiliate Program?
To join, you simply need to sign up through our affiliate portal and agree to the program’s terms and conditions. Once your application is approved, you’ll gain access to promotional materials and your unique referral link.
Is there a fee to join the Affiliate Program?
No, joining our Affiliate Program is completely free of charge.
How does the commission structure work?
Affiliates earn a percentage of each sale made through their referral link. Commission rates and rewards will be communicated via the Affiliate Dashboard.

Where can I view the commission I’m set to receive?
Access the Affiliate Dashboard to review your available balance.
When and how will I get paid?
Affiliate commissions are paid after 30 days if a customer makes a purchase using your unique link and does not cancel or request a refund within that period, following Casa Oliver Hotel & Resort’s Terms of Service. Commission rates and rewards will be communicated via the Affiliate Dashboard.
In case of a refund, the Commission will not be payable, and if already paid, it will be adjusted from the next payout.
Payments are typically processed on a monthly basis. You will receive your earnings via your preferred payment method, such as PayPal or direct bank transfer.
Our standard Payout method is Paypal. The minimum payout of Commission is $100 (Hundred US Dollars) via Paypal. If payout for large amount of commissions (over 1000 USD) is preferred via ACH / wire, please contact our team at [email protected] to discuss the options.

What tools are provided to affiliates?
Affiliates can access banners, links, and other marketing materials through their affiliate dashboard to help them attract and engage potential customers.
Where can I find the link to share your products?
Go in the link generator section of the Affiliate Dashboard
Copy Your referral URL and use it to redirect users to our Home Page.
If you want to redirect users to a specific page (for example: a product page) use the link generator.
- Navigate to the Resort Pass page you want to share.
- Copy the URL directly from the browser’s address bar.
- Paste the URL into the designated “Page URL” field and confirm the link.
These instructions apply solely to Resort Passes. For Room Bookings, your link will be sent via email within 24-48 hours after your approval to join the program.

Who can participate in the Affiliate Program?
Anyone with an active website, blog, or social media presence and a passion for promoting our offerings can apply to become an affiliate.
Are there any restrictions on promoting my affiliate link?
Yes, affiliates are prohibited from using spam techniques, misleading advertisements, or promoting on websites that violate ethical or legal standards. For more details read the Share & Earn Program – Terms of Service.
How can I track my performance?
You can monitor your referrals, clicks, and earnings in real-time through the affiliate dashboard.
How long do referral cookies last?
Referral cookies have a 30-day expiration period. If a user clicks your affiliate link and completes a purchase within those 30 days, you’ll receive credit for the referral. However, this does not apply if the user visits the website through a different referral link, which will overwrite the original cookie. We recommend promoting at least once a week or every 30 days to ensure expired cookies are reassigned. Since commissions are attributed to the most recent link click, the more visibility and clicks your link receives, the better your chances of securing the commission.
